He has been involved in structuring, financing, and advancing multiple publicly listed companies across the precious metals and energy sectors, with a focus on building shareholder value through disciplined capital allocation, strategic transactions, and project advancement.
He brings a strong background in capital markets strategy and cross-border structuring, with a track record of taking assets from project generation through to drill discovery and advancement toward development.
With international experience, he has led teams and initiatives across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and has served as a director of publicly listed companies, contributing to governance, strategic planning, and corporate development.
He also serves as Chairman of R7 Investments, a diversified family office and investment platform headquartered in Abu Dhabi, and is Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Gold and Ibero Mining.
He has helped grow companies from early-stage initiatives to organizations exceeding $300 million in market capitalization.
Karim also writes and publishes content on the mining and resource sector, with a focus on capital markets, exploration trends, and commodity cycles.
He is currently leading Skull Ridge Gold’s strategy to advance its portfolio of gold exploration projects in stable, mining-friendly jurisdictions, with a focus on discovery-driven growth and long-term value creation.
Mrs. Suzuki has dedicated the past 25 years to serving as an advisor, specializing in publishing and media relations. Her expertise lies in managing investor communication campaigns for Canada’s largest digital content providers. Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous C-Suite clients across North America, ranging from life sciences, technology, to mining companies.
In the Canadian markets she is widely known for her experience in these fields working with many top CEO’s, Senior Investor Relations Executives, Investment Broker Dealers and Newsletter writers on digital syndication helping educate on the importance of Mining and the future of the industry.
