Karim Rayani is a mining executive with over two decades of experience in the global resource sector. Over his career, he has been involved in the financing, structuring, and advancement of publicly listed mining and energy companies, with a focus on corporate growth, capital markets execution, and long-term value creation.
He has worked across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, leading domestic and international exploration and development initiatives ranging from project generation and resource definition through to advanced-stage resource assets. His background includes public company leadership, corporate finance, strategic transactions, drilling and exploration oversight, and cross-border capital formation involving institutional and high-net-worth investor networks worldwide.
Karim serves as Chair of R7 Investments, a UAE-based global family office focused on hard assets, including gold, critical minerals, energy, and resource-related investments. Through both public markets and private capital initiatives, he has contributed to the growth and strategic development of companies that have achieved market capitalizations exceeding $300 million. He is currently Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ibero Mining Corp. and Skull Ridge Gold Corp., where he focuses on financing strategy, corporate development, and advancing resource assets in stable mining jurisdictions with strong geological potential. As one of the largest shareholders of Skull Ridge Gold Corp., his interests are closely aligned with those of fellow shareholders, with a focus on long-term value creation and the advancement of the company.
Mrs. Suzuki has dedicated the past 25 years to serving as an advisor, specializing in publishing and media relations. Her expertise lies in managing investor communication campaigns for Canada’s largest digital content providers. Throughout her career, she has worked with numerous C-Suite clients across North America, ranging from life sciences, technology, to mining companies.
In the Canadian markets she is widely known for her experience in these fields working with many top CEO’s, Senior Investor Relations Executives, Investment Broker Dealers and Newsletter writers on digital syndication helping educate on the importance of Mining and the future of the industry.
Sean A. Kingsley is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital markets strategist with more than 18 years of specialized experience financing and advancing resource companies. He brings extensive experience in corporate development, strategic marketing and investor relations, and currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Gold Hunter Resources Inc.
Mr. Kingsley also serves as a director of Star Copper Corp., Pan American Energy Corp. and Vulcan Resources Ltd. His experience in Central Newfoundland is particularly relevant to Skull Ridge as the Company advances its Skull Island Gold-Silver Project.
David Beek is a mining technology and logistics executive with more than 35 years of international industry experience. He is a Founder and Director of Rados International Technologies, a mining technology company specializing in advanced ore-sorting and digitization solutions for mining operations worldwide.
Mr. Beek’s experience spans mine development, processing optimization, bulk materials handling, logistics-constrained operations and technology-led life-of-mine improvement strategies. He has particular expertise in X-ray-based ore sorting, real-time grade control and the application of new technologies to improve operating efficiency and project economics.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of African Rail Company, a specialized rail operator serving fuel and chemical supply chains across Southern Africa, and has extensive experience working with regulators, national rail authorities, governments and major industrial groups. Earlier in his career, he also held senior leadership roles in integrated supply-chain businesses serving mining and industrial clients.
Through Rados International Technologies, Mr. Beek has been involved in deployments across multiple commodities and jurisdictions and has worked with major mining companies including Anglo American, Vale and Glencore. His background provides Skull Ridge with additional technical, operational and commercial expertise as the Company advances the Skull Island Gold-Silver Project.
